Renting from us is easy
No waiting days or even weeks to receive a quote back - we display all our hire prices for your convenience, and our website has been designed for ease of ordering independently!
Here's how you rent from us:
1.
Browse our products and click on the first item you would like to rent for your event.
2.
Select your event date using our calendar. The following payment options will show:
If your event is more than 2 calendar months in advance, there will be two payment options to choose from: pay 50% now to secure your booking (final 50% sent via invoice) - or pay 100% now to secure your booking.
If your event is less than 2 calendar months in advance, there will be one payment option: pay 100% to secure your booking.

Fill in some simple details about your event - such as the venue address, the start and end time of your event, etc.

Next, read through our Terms and Conditions thoroughly and tick the box to state that you have fully read and accepted them. Then click 'book now'.
Top Tip: You will need to follow the above 4 steps for each product you would like to rent - make sure you select the same date and enter the same details for every item!

Once all items have been added to cart, follow the check-out instructions to pay. After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email.
Top Tip: If you do not receive an email from us within 3 business days, please send us an email via botanicalgemrentals@gmail.com so we can check that you've successfully placed your order.

You'll also receive the invoice for the final 50% payment shortly after ordering. If your venue is situated more than 20 miles outside of Diss, Norfolk, we will pop over a separate invoice for the delivery fee. If you've reached out previously to request our Wait and Relocate service and/or a particular Late Night Pickup slot, this will also be invoiced.
7.
Lastly, be on the lookout for an email from us which contains our post-booking questionnaire. Please fill in this form with all your special day's information - it should take about 10 minutes to complete so grab a cuppa!
IMPORTANT NOTE
Any outstanding balance must be paid no later than 2 calendar months before the event date.
The 2 calendar month deadline is stated on invoices for your convenience. Don't forget to clearly mark this deadline in your own diary and add several reminders leading up so you're not caught out!
All Orders Include:
Delivery within 20 miles of Diss, Norfolk
An installation of all hired items at the venue
Pick-up no later than 10pm (22:00 hours)
Where Additional Fees Occur

Delivery outside 20 miles of Diss, Norfolk
If your venue is more than 20 miles outside of Diss, Norfolk, the delivery charge is £1.00 per mile.

If you would like any items moved
If you would like any of our hired items to be moved from its original installation placement and reset elsewhere, then a 'Wait and Relocate' service will be necessary. The charge for the 'Wait and Relocate' service will depend on:
- How many items need to be dismantled and/or moved
- How long it would take the Botanical Gem team to reset
- How many of the Botanical Gem team need to remain on site to perform this service after the ceremony

Late Night Pick-Ups
Pick-ups past 10pm (22:00 hours) will incur a separate fee:
- 10.30pm - 11pm (22:30 - 23:00 hours) equals a charge of £150
- 11pm - 11.30pm (23:00 - 23:30 hours) equals a charge of £250
